DNK International Samuel Eto’o, president of the Cameroon Football Federation, has defended Senegal coach Pape Thiaw following controversy during the Africa Cup of Nations final against Morocco, saying Thiaw “had the courage to defend his team.”
Speaking on France 24, Eto’o said the coach acted responsibly under pressure, as football authorities continue to review incidents from the final.
