Form three students arrested with bhang at Maseno School

Two Form Three students at Maseno School were on Sunday evening arrested after being found in possession of bhang within the school compound, police have confirmed.

According to a report at Maseno Police Station and read too by Daily News Kenya-International, the incident was reported by the school’s Deputy Principal Dominic Ogada.

He alerted police that the students had been found with cannabis sativa inside the school, located about one kilometre from the police station.

Officers from the station promptly visited the school and established that the two students both aged 16 were found in possession of one roll of bhang ready for smoking inside a dormitory.

The two were arrested and taken into police custody, where they were being held pending further administrative action by the school and police
