A Samburu based Journalist Paul Letiwa is currently being held at Maralal Police station over a story he was pursuing of Samburu Senator Steve Lelegwe.
According to reports, the DCI has set a cash bail of Sh 100,000 in order to release him.
We could not immediately reach the Senator to confirm over what story Letiwa was following on him.
