DNK International Living as World Overcomers
For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith-1 John 5:4.

A young athlete once entered a race where every competitor looked stronger and more experienced.
As the starting gun fired, he stumbled slightly and heard laughter from the crowd.
For a brief moment, doubt flooded his heart.
But then he remembered the countless hours of training and the voice of his coach saying, “Run like someone who knows he can win.”
He fixed his eyes on the finish line and ran—not focusing on the noise, but on the promise of victory.
Against expectations, he crossed the line first.
The race was not won by appearance, but by belief.
In much the same way, our walk with God is not free from opposition.
The world can appear intimidating—its pressures, temptations, and uncertainties loud and persistent.
Yet Scripture declares, “For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith” (1 John 5:4). Notice that victory is not described as future tense—it is present reality.
Faith is the channel through which that victory manifests.
We overcome not because we are stronger than the world, but because the life of God is within us.
Faith anchors us in truth when circumstances suggest otherwise.
It keeps our eyes fixed on Christ and not on the crowd.
As verse 5 affirms, those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God are the overcomers.
This is the time to present your visions and prayer requests to God.
May the desires of your heart be granted as you stand firm in faith and walk boldly in the victory already secured for you.
