DNK International A man who was allegedly kicked by Busia Governor Paul Otuoma as he distributed seedlings in Busia county recently in a video that went viral is moving to court today through veteran lawyer Danstan Omari to file an alleged assault case.
The man is also complaining of having been embarrassed in the public and is questiong the integrity of the Governor as a public servant as stipulated in chapter six of the constitution
