Workers clean a section of a road in Mandera town yesterday night ahead of President William Ruto’s tour of the county today.
The President is scheduled during his visit disburse NYOTA foundation funds to the youths and address development concerns facing the county like poor road infrastructure.
The President is on a three days tour of the region that began yesterday in Garrisa.
