DNK International Supkem through its national chairman Hassan Ole Naado has called on President William Ruto to declare the ongoing drought in the country a national disaster.
Addressing the press at Jamia Mosque today Naado said the effects of the drought is being felt in atleast 21 counties and that the government through the use of the millitary and NYS need to focus on delivering famine food to effected areas as a national appeal is made for help.
