A vehicle believed to belong to the Presidential Communication Service (PCS) has overturned near Lunyiko primary school in Butula,Busia county as it was enroute from Nasewa to Malaha in Kakamega county where President William Ruto is making a development tour of the four counties of Western Kenya region.
Its not clear whether there were injuries or not.
Area residents say the vehicle number plate was immediately removed after the crash.
