Tension flared on a disputed 1.3-acre prime property along Limuru Road after a group of armed youths attacked workers at the site.

The workers, who were contracted to fence the land, were reportedly ambushed by a gang armed with machetes and crude weapons. Sources indicate the youths were hired by individuals accused of attempting to grab the property, which is currently the subject of a bitter ownership dispute.

The conflict has been further complicated by the presence of an illegal car wash, which the alleged land grabbers have reportedly erected on the site. While the situation nearly escalated into a full-scale riot, security was alerted to prevent further violence. The ownership of the multi-million shilling parcel remains a matter of legal contention.
