DNK International Water Resources Authority (WRA) has launched a customer mobile application that is designed at leveraging technology to enhance sustainable water management.
Dubbed the WRA Customer Mobile Application, the platform allows customers to apply for permits, make payments, and comply with regulations from the comfort of their homes.
According to the CEO Mohammed Shurie, the app benefits vendors, clients, and the authority alike, while enabling abstractors to monitor their water usage in real time.
