Win for Nyachae as court dismisses alleged widow

Its a win for former powerful minister the late Simeon Nyachae’s family as court dismisses an America based Kenyan Margaret Chweya’s claims that she was his widow.

Justice Eric Ogola has also ruled out her two sons to be Nyachae’s dependants by finding their fathers are alive.
