DNK International TransNzoia Governor George Natembeya on Tuesday attended the burial of the late prominent North Rift farmer and businessman Joseph Njenga Njuguna in Chepchoina, Endebess, TransNzoia County in a ceremony presided over by AIPCA Church.
Njuguna, 59, was brutally murdered inside his house on the night of Sunday, August 30, in an incident that shocked residents of the region.
His wife, Mary Muthoni, and his brother, Michael Karembesha, have since been charged before a Kitale court with the alleged murder of Njuguna. Both have denied the charges.
