A 22 year old waitress has reported of an alleged rape incident involving a bar manager at a restaurant in Fort Jesus, Ruiru, Kiambu County.
According to a police report, the woman went to the manager’s office at around 3am on Wednesday to collect food bills.
She alleges that the manager grabbed her, pushed her onto a metallic bed, forcibly undressed her and sexually assaulted her.
She reportedly screamed for help but no one came to her aid.
She was left bleeding and later reported the matter at Ruiru Police Station.
Police said she was taken to Ruiru Level 4 Hospital for treatment and medical documentation.
Officers visited the scene, but the suspect had not been traced and remained at large as investigations continued.
