DNK International The Luo Council of Elders on Thursday coronated Embakasi East MP Babu Owino as a Luo Elder and installed him too as the Leader of the Nairobi Chapter of the Council.
A section of Members of Luo Community said that the position will give Owino an upper hand in political negotiations and a boost in his quest for the seat of Nairobi Governor in 2027.
