A call has been made for members and supporters of Linda Mwananchi to embark on a countrywide campaign to popularise the Equitable Party (TEP) ahead of the 2027 General Election.
TEP, led by Nairobi Senator and Linda Mwananchi leader Edwin Sifuna, was launched on Sunday and is the political vehicle Sifuna intends to use in his bid for the presidency in 2027.
Speaking after the launch, Westlands parliamentary aspirant and staunch Sifuna supporter Moses Adala said it was time for members of Linda Mwananchi to shift their focus towards popularising TEP and its presidential candidate.
Adala said increased grassroots mobilisation would help create awareness of the party and its leadership across the country as preparations for the 2027 elections gather momentum.
He urged supporters to remain focused on building the party structures and expanding its reach ahead of the polls.
