CITIZEN CONCERN:Shofco Sacco Member Cries Foul Over Delayed Withdrawal

Dear DNK-International,

I am seeking your assistance regarding a withdrawal request I made to Shofco Sacco on February 16, 2026.

At the time of submitting my request, I was informed that the withdrawal process would take 60 days.

However, as of today, more than 85 days have passed and I have yet to receive my money.

I have made several follow-ups with officials and agents at the Kakamega branch, but I have not been given a clear explanation or a definite date on when my funds will be released.

The prolonged delay has caused me great concern and inconvenience.

I am therefore appealing to the management of Shofco Sacco to address this matter urgently and provide clear communication regarding the status of my withdrawal.
