DNK International Former Siaya police boss Samuel Kobina has denied allegations that he was missing and holding onto police car. He said tha he was in Nairobi and at work.
Kobina handed over the county police command to Lucy Kananu and had been reported to have gone with a police vehicle and not picking his mobile phone or returning to text messages regarding the government vehicle.
