DNK International The Principal of Musingu boys high school,Kakamega county Bernard Lukuyia is on the spot for allegedly convening a meeting with parents of form four students whose children their performance is D+ and below.
One of the concerned parents say that they have been given two options:Either transfer their students from the school or go back with them at home.
They are asking if this is justice for both parents and students as they ask the education cabinet secretary Julius Bigamba to intervene.
Efforts to reach Lukuyia to respond on the allegations were fruitless.
