Busia senator Okiya Omtata addresd the press today after Land and environmental court issued a conservatory order stopping the construction of affordable housing project in Southland estate in Langata,Nairobi.
The Senator had moved to court to challenge the projects legality citi, lack of public participation and alleged encroachment of public land reserved for infrastructure.
