President presides over first graduation of National Intelligence and Research University

President William Ruto has today afficiated the first graduation of National Intelligence and Research University.

“This milestone marks the culmination of rigorous training by the pioneer graduates, and the dawn of a new era in our pan-African pursuit of excellence in intelligence, research, and national security,”said the President.

He added that the Graduates now bear the solemn responsibility of protecting our respective nations, anticipating emerging threats, and generating the strategic insights that will guide our countries through an increasingly complex and dynamic global landscape.

“Above all, let your service be anchored in integrity, professionalism, patriotism, and an unwavering commitment to advancing peace, stability, and cooperation across our continent,”he added.

31 master’s degree students drawn from Kenya and across Africa graduated.
