Police in Kuresoi, Nakuru County have launched investigations into an alleged incest and defilement case involving a 15-year-old schoolgirl from Sitoito Trading Centre, Kuresoi North.
According to a report filed at Sirikwa Police Station today, the matter was reported on February 23 by the minor’s mother.
She stated that on February 19, she was informed by the head teacher of Korongoi Girls School that her daughter had written a handwritten letter alleging she was sexually assaulted by her biological father at their home in Sitoito on the night of February 13, 2026.
Upon the learner’s return to school, a routine pregnancy test reportedly indicated that the minor was approximately six weeks pregnant.
The student was also noted to be unwell and was issued with a leave out form to seek further medical attention.
She was admitted to Sinai Health Centre and later referred to Molo Sub-County Hospital, where she is currently undergoing medical examination and receiving treatment.
Police confirmed that a handwritten disclosure letter authored by the minor has been recovered and secured as Exhibit “A” to support investigations.
Efforts are ongoing to trace and arrest the suspect, who is reported to have fled.
