DCI officers are pursuing a Police Officer based in Busia county who has gone missing after strangling his wife to death.
The officer committed the offence inside Role Mordan Hotel guest rooms in Silibwet trading centre, Bomet county, yesterday afternoon.
The deceased a Junior Secondary School (JSS) teacher within the the Olenguruone area of Nakuru had been living with her parents in Bomet after leaving her matrimonial home due to a toxic relationship.
According to police she was lured to the hotel by the officer after convincing her to have a a reconciliation meeting.
The officers phone’s record indicated that he called his relatives informing them about the incident.
