DNK International A pressure group, Mtetezi, through its convener Francis Awino, has called on the government to repatriate Kenyans working and stranded in the Middle East following ongoing airstrikes by the US and Israel since February 28.
The organisation criticized PCS Musalia Mudavadi, who also serves as the Foreign Affairs CS, for asking the workers to pay their own fare back home.
Awino said that the majority of the workers were taken there through the government’s “Kazi Majuu” initiative.
