Moses Budamba Mudavadi (left) son to the prime cabinet secretary has officially joined ruling party UDA as an aspirant for the Westlands parliamentary seat.
The young Mudavadi will battle for the seat with senior counsel Nelson Havi (DCP).
Both of them are from the Maragoli subtribe of the Luyia tribe and they will be seeking to replace the area MP Tim Wetangula who has shifted his politics to Bungoma county.
He will be vying for the seat of Governor currently being occupied by Ken Lusaka serving his last constitutional term limit.
