DNK International President William Ruto has today at State House,Nairobi signed three bills into law.They are the Miscellaneous Fees and Levies (Amendment) Act, 2026, the Coffee Act, 2023 (Mediated Version) and the Meteorology Act, 2023. These laws according to President usher in reforms aimed at revitalizing Kenya’s coffee sector, modernizing meteorological services, and broadening financing for railway infrastructure.
