DNK International Uganda’s Chief of Defence Forces, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba (right)has dismissed Deputy Chief of Military Intelligence Brg.Abdul Rugumayo and replaced him with Brig Gen Oscar Munanura in a fresh shake-up within the country’s powerful intelligence apparatus, military sources said.
Rugumayo has been serving as deputy to the Chief of Defence Intelligence and Security (CDIS).
