DNK International President William Ruto on Wednesday joined Nigerian businessman Aliko Dangote and a section of African leaders at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Sh2.2 trillion East African Oil Refinery in Lamu.
Those present included Ethiopia Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, Uganda President Yoweri Museveni and Togo President Jean-Lucien Savi de Tové.
