Man Masquerading as CAK Employee Charged

A middle aged man was on Friday arraigned before Milimani court and faced charges of allegedly claiming to be an employee of Communication Authority of Kenya (CAK)

The accused Francis Tonny Mwai is said to have represented himself to be an employee of a private company trading as Meiso Company limited located within Nairobi county

The prosecution told trial Magistrate Joan Mati that the accused committed the offence on August 7 and 13 2026.

The court ordered the accused to deposit a cashbail of Sh100,000 shillings to secure his release pending trial.

The matter will be mentioned on September 1.
