GBV WATCH:Minor defiled, impregnated by neighbour

A minor aged 15 years old has been defiled and impregnated by a neighbour in Kalama,Machakos county.
In yesterday’s police report from Konza police station,it was stated that the incident was reported by the victim mother who stated that her child was a grade 10 pupil at Nyayo girls school within Lumbwa location.
She stated to them that her daughter was defiled on December 10,2025 by their neighbour identified as Nzyuko aged 47 years in his house.
The complainant indicated in her report that she had send the girl to borrow a jembe from Nzyuko.
After the act according to complainant,Nzyuko warned the girl not to disclose anything to the parents.
However,the child was discovered pregnant by the school Principal and was handed over to the mother for medical check up.
During medical examination at Machakos level 5,the girl was confirmed to be pregnant.
