A section of parents with Form Four students at Makwa Boys High School in Gatundu, Kiambu County, have raised concerns over an alleged directive by the school administration requiring third term fees to be cleared during the current term.
The parents claim that students whose fee balances remained unpaid were sent home starting Sunday, a move they say has disrupted learning and piled pressure on struggling families.
They are now calling on the Ministry of Education to intervene and address the matter urgently.
