Love is the foundation of the Christian life. Jesus did not point first to achievements, titles, or outward appearance—He pointed to wholehearted love for God.
To love God with all your heart means giving Him your affection. To love Him with all your soul means surrendering your life completely to Him. To love Him with all your strength means serving Him diligently, and to love Him with all your mind means allowing His Word to shape your thoughts and decisions.
True love for God will always overflow into love for people. When God fills your heart, bitterness, pride, and selfishness begin to lose their hold. The more we walk with Christ, the more His compassion becomes visible through us.
Today, examine your heart. Is your love for God growing deeper? Let your life reflect His love in both words and actions.
Take time today to intentionally show love to God through prayer, worship, obedience, and kindness to someone around you.
