DNK International Ven.Dr.Vitalis Job Ekuru has been elected as the new Bishop of Katakwa ACK Diocese in Busia County.
Ekuru becomes the fourth Bishop to be elected as the Diocesan Bishop.
The new Bishop was elected after defeating fellow contenders Ven.Moses Idewa and Rev.Cain Emojong.
He succeeds Rt.Rev.John Okude who retired on February 28 after attaining the mandatory retirement age.
