COCOWA Promise to Take Action Against Bungoma Line Shuttle

Counties Commuter Welfare Association (COCOWA) through its Chairman Jerry Kenyansa has promised to take up action against Bungoma Line Shuttle Ltd over numerous complaints of their poor services especially delivery of parcels to their customers destined for Western Kenya.
A number of customers have claimed that parcels reach very late sometimes after three to seven days and that the transport company workers are allegedly rude to customers,calls on enquiries are at times not picked or when answered they are given a rude response.
“We will follow up and take action against Bugoma line shuttle,”said Kenyansa.
