BIBLE VERSE OF THE DAY:Matthew 25:40

By Pastor Vincent Roy Agoya

Jesus radically redefines how we view the people around us—especially those who are vulnerable, overlooked or forgotten. He doesn’t just ask us to show compassion to the needy; He completely identifies with them. When you feed the hungry, comfort the grieving or lend a hand to someone who can offer you nothing in return, you are doing it directly to Christ Himself.

It is easy to get caught up waiting to do “big” things for God, yet Jesus measures righteousness by simple, daily acts of radical mercy. A quiet word of encouragement, a shared meal, or a moment of genuine presence carries weight in eternity. How we treat the “least” reveals the true condition of our devotion to the King.

Don’t let today pass without turning your faith into tangible action. Actively look for “the least of these” in your path—a struggling neighbour, a lonely co-worker or someone in need—and do one concrete, selfless act of service for them before the sun sets.
