A teacher at Kikomba Primary School in Ndithini, Machakos County, has been accused of sexually assaulting nine female pupils by allegedly touching their private parts during break time.
According to a police report recorded at Kikomba Police Post, the incidents allegedly occurred on different dates between September 7 and 11, when the teacher, identified as Kiio,called the girls to his office during break time.
The teacher is accused of showing the pupils pornographic videos on TikTok before allegedly assaulting them sexually while they watched the videos.
The nine pupils, who are of different ages, later reported the alleged incidents to their parents and the school head teacher, David Kamau Muia.
Police said the pupils were issued with P3 medical forms, with six of them so far having completed the forms.
Medical examinations reportedly established injuries on the pupils.
The head teacher, the affected pupils and their parents had not recorded formal statements with police by the time of the report.
Officials from the Department of Education, the County Security Office and the Teachers Service Commission visited the school to assess the matter.
The accused teacher has since been removed from the school for security reasons as investigations continue.
Police said the case remains under investigation, with further updates expected.
