The court has extended custodial orders for two police officers who shot and killed Shukri Adan Ibrahim Isaac for three days to allow investigators to complete investigations and file a report.
The presiding magistrate Caroline Nyaguthii was told that the investigators were yet to record statements and file a report before the two police officers, Sergeants Godwin Mjomba and Constable Patrick Mutunga Titus take plea.
The two have been in custody for the last 14 days since January 12 when the court granted investigators tome to investigate.
They are expected to take plea before the high court criminal division on Thursday.
The police officers are suspected to have fataly shot and killed Shukri near MCC area within the Villa Police station on the 11th January 2026 at 6:10am.
The two are being held at Capitol Hill police station.
