Lumakanda Police Station OCS Wycliff Kwendo has been charged with the alleged defilement of a 14 year old girl in Kambi Moto area, Kakamega County.
The girl’s mother alleged that Kwendo threatened her with a firearm after she picked up two condoms found in the house. She further claimed that the officer allegedly gave her KSh20,000 to keep silent about the matter.
Kwendo has been remanded until October 1, when the court will determine his bond terms.
