Sifuna promises police affordable houses in 2027 if elected

By Our Reporter, Nairobi.

Linda Mwananchi movement presidential aspirant Edwin Sifuna has pledged to allocate houses built under the Affordable Housing Programme to police officers if his brigade forms the next government.

Sifuna said the move would provide police officers with decent accommodation and improve their welfare.

Speaking at Jacaranda Grounds in Nairobi on Sunday, Sifuna maintained that he was firmly in the presidential race and expressed confidence that he would defeat President William Ruto in the 2027 General Election.

He said his administration would prioritise the welfare of security officers while ensuring government programmes benefit ordinary Kenyans.
