A Pastor’s body has been found burnt in Masinga Machakos county.
According to a police report filed at Ndithini Police Station, the incident was reported yesterday by Milaani Assistant Chief Magdalene Mutua.
The body of the deceased, identified as Josphat Mutua Muinde, was found in Menguthe village.
It was established by police that the deceased, was a member of the Nyumba Kumi initiative and a local pastor who had last been seen on May 2, 2026, at a burial ceremony within the village, where he stayed until around 7:00 p.m.
His body was later discovered the following day at about 6:00 p.m. by neighbors.
Police officers who visited the scene confirmed that the body had been badly been mutilated.
