When life drains our energy, we usually look for external fixes—a change in circumstances, a vacation, or a quick break. But Paul’s prayer reminds us that real, sustainable strength doesn’t come from the outside world. It is an inside job.
God doesn’t ration His strength; He pours it out from His “glorious riches.” This means the supply is completely limitless. Through the Holy Spirit, He anchors your inner being, giving you a deep, quiet resilience that external storms cannot shake.
You don’t have to summon the power to push through today on your own willpower. The very power that raised Christ from the dead is actively working within you, ready to sustain your heart, mind, and spirit.
Before you hit a wall today, pause for 60 seconds, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Intentionally invite the Holy Spirit to renew your inner strength, and tackle your next task relying on His power instead of your own.
