A businessman, Eliud Wachira Limuyu, alias Eliud Wachira Gilisho, appeared before a Milimani court in Nairobi on Wednesday to face charges of allegedly stealing Sh122 million from his employer, NovoGames International.
The alleged offence is said to have occurred between September 2020 and March 2024.
The court is expected to determine the accused’s bond terms after a probation report is presented.
