Paul Macharia Muiruri was today charged at Milimani Law Courts with fraudulently procuring the registration of a 0.1-hectare parcel of land valued at Sh15 million.
The court heard that the alleged offence occurred at the Embakasi Ranching Company offices on September 20, 2016.
Muiruri was released on a cash bail of Sh100,000.
The court scheduled the pretrial proceedings and fixing of hearing dates for November 23.
