A 31 year old bar operator is recovering in hospital after he was stabbed during a confrontation at Upper Hill area in Nakuru on Friday night.
According to a report lodged at Nakuru Police Station yesterday, the incident was reported by Daisy Kimkung, a resident of Upper Hill.
Kimkung told police that at around 9:30 p.m. on Friday she was with her husband, Desmond Mahugu Kiago, at Splash within Upper Hill, where they operate Tripple Tee Bar, when a bouncer working at a neighboring entertainment joint confronted him and stabbed him on the left thigh.
The victim sustained a serious deep wound and was rushed to Nakuru Specialist Hospital, where he was admitted and is reported to be in stable condition.
Police have launched investigations into the incident, with officers from Nakuru Police Station handling the case.
