BASCO PAINTS LAUNCHES GOLF MASTER SERIES 2026 AS IT CELEBRATE 50 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE

Basco paints has launched Duracoat Golf Master Series.

The event was held at Sarova Stanley hotel,Nairobi and attended by the Golf President Philip Ochola and Chris Kinuthia  who is the chairman of golf Union also in attendance was Mikami Wangari, the chairperson for the ladies Golf Union.

Duracoat Golf master series will feature 12 qualifying tournament hosted across selected premier golf clubs in Kenya.

The golfers will be allowed to compete in upto three qualifying event  starting from May 22 at vet lab sports club which include Nakuru golf club, Sagana golf club, Nanyuki sports club, Karen county club, Ruiru sports club, Nyanza sports club, Limuru country club,Nyali country club,Muthaiga country club, Kericho golf club and Eldoret golf club.

The final Event which will be the Grand finale is slated for November 28 at Kipipiri Golf club.

Basco paints Managing Director Kamlesh Shah described the series as a strategic platform designed to promote sportsmanship, competitiveness youth empowerment and talent development.

Duracoat golf  master series 2026 is a statement of intent, of a company that is not only rooted in history but actively shaping the future of sports, youth empowerment and talent development through a structured and inclusive National Golf circute.

The MD further highlighted that Basco paints continued supporting multiple sporting discipline such as Cricket, as well as as sigona ladies open, junior open, AAk golf tournament and IQSKgolf tournament.

Through its CSR program the company also is expanding support for the sports development in schools with focus on identifying and nurturing talent at an early stage.

As part of the tournament incentive, jetour Kenya has partnered with Basco paints to reward every first Hole-in-one achieved during the 13 tournament with a brand new jetour vehicle valued at over Sh4milion.

Additionally the Grand finale at Mt. Kipipiri Golf club will feature over Sh 1 million in prize reinforcing the organizer commitment to rewarding exallence and elevating competitives in Kenyan golf .

Basco paints was founded in 1976 in a modest 600-squire foot facility in Ngara with only 3 employees since then the company has grown with over 1 000 employee operating across East Africa that is Uganda Tanzania Rwanda Burundi South Sudan and DRC
