Boniface Mwangi Alleges Massive Police Deployment Ahead of Ol Kalou Operation

Presidential hopeful Boniface Mwangi has claimed that the government has assembled approximately 800 police officers from Kiambu, Kirinyaga, Murang’a, and Nyeri counties at Ruring’u Stadium in Nyeri ahead of a planned deployment to Ol Kalou.

Mwangi alleged that the officers were expected to travel overnight but had not been given clear instructions on their assignment upon arrival.

He further claimed that sources had informed him the government could have ulterior motives for deploying such a large number of officers to the area, although he did not provide evidence to support the allegation. The claims have not been independently verified, and the government had not publicly commented on the alleged deployment at the time of publication.
