DNK International Several passengers traveling to and from western Kenya are complaining of alleged poor services and delivery of parcels by Bungoma Line Shuttle Ltd.
They claim that it takes even a week or more than that for a parcel to be delivered and the office attendants are very rude.
“They even refuse to answer calls when called to explain,” one of the agitated customers told DNK-International.
Our efforts to reach them through the numbers given to us were also futile.
