Presidential aspirant Mwangi case procceds at Kibera court

A case facing Presidential aspirant Boniface Mwangi proceeded for hearing at Kibera Law Courts on Thursday.

The prosecution’s witness was Constable Robert Ouko who accused Boniface of assaulting him.

On his part, Boniface accused Ouko of assaulting him inside the police cells.

Ouko’s testimony shocked the court as he declared that the shirt he was wearing on that day had bloodstains from his injuries but it was later stolen from the police custody by Boniface or police officers under Boniface’s control.

The matter was given a further hearing date of August 18.
