Uchaguzi 2027/288 Days: Orengo to join Sifuna in Kwale vote hunt on October 31

LDP leader James Orengo who is also Siaya Governor is scheduled to accompany Linda Mwananchi party leader and Presidential aspirant Edwin Sifuna on a tour of Kwale County on October 31

The tour by Sifuna who is also Nairobi Senator is aimed at intensifying his campaigns ahead of the August 10, 2027, General Election.

Over the weekend, Orengo, accompanied by among others Westlands parliamentary aspirant Moses Adala and other leaders, toured the county and held a meeting with party delegates.

The meeting was also attended by former Cabinet minister Chirau Ali Mwakwere.

Orengo’s planned tour with Sifuna is expected to boost the senator’s vote-hunting efforts in the Coast region as political alignments ahead of the 2027 elections continue to take shape.

The LDP party was formerly led by the late ODM leader Raila Odinga.
